Job Description

We are seeking friendly and tech-savvy Chat Support Agents to provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat platforms. You will respond to inquiries, guide users through product or service issues, and ensure a positive support experience—all without phone calls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages via live chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services or company policies
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and offer step-by-step solutions or escalate if needed
  • Use prepared templates or personalize replies where appropriate
  • Document customer interactions in CRM or ticketing tools
  • Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency in all communications
  • Meet performance targets (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores)
Required Skills
Strong written communication in English
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy
Patience, empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask across multiple chat windows
Required Tools
Customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, LiveChat)
Stable internet connection and computer/laptop
Time discipline and ability to handle shifts
