Job Description

We are looking for thoughtful and detail-oriented Online Feedback Givers to test websites, apps, or online content and provide written opinions on usability, clarity, and experience. You will be asked to interact with a product or digital experience and answer a few questions or fill out a short form based on your impressions.

Main Responsibilities

Visit websites, mobile apps, or digital tools as assigned
Follow specific tasks or user flows (e.g., sign up, navigate, complete a form)
Evaluate ease of use, design, speed, clarity, and engagement
Submit written or multiple-choice feedback based on your experience
Report bugs, confusing instructions, or points of frustration
Optional: Record screen or voice comments during usage (if requested)

Required Skills

Basic internet navigation skills and common sense

Ability to follow instructions and provide honest feedback

Written English (or Swedish) for simple form completion

Required Tools

Access to a laptop or smartphone with reliable internet

Optional: Familiarity with feedback platforms like UserTesting, TryMyUI, PlaytestCloud

Optional: Screen recording tools or Google Forms knowledge
