Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Facebook Marketplace Assistant to help manage product listings, update descriptions, respond to buyer messages, and maintain a clean, trustworthy online presence on Facebook Marketplace. You will assist in posting items, adjusting prices, and coordinating with potential buyers under the guidance of the seller or team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and publish product listings on Facebook Marketplace
  • Write clear, attractive titles and product descriptions
  • Upload high-quality images with proper cropping and brightness
  • Respond to buyer messages or inquiries in a timely and polite manner
  • Mark items as sold, update inventory, or adjust pricing when needed
  • Report suspicious messages and maintain a professional tone
  • Optional: Coordinate meet-up or delivery times (if local sales)
Required Skills
Active Facebook account and familiarity with Facebook Marketplace interface
Good English writing skills for product descriptions and buyer replies
