Job Description

We are looking for a structured and proactive Trello Board Organizer to manage and optimize Trello boards for internal teams, clients, or content workflows. You will create, update, and maintain task cards, labels, due dates, checklists, and board structures to ensure smooth collaboration and clarity across projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create new Trello boards based on project or client needs
  • Organize task lists using appropriate columns (e.g., To Do, Doing, Done)
  • Add, edit, or move cards with accurate titles, descriptions, deadlines, and checklists
  • Apply color-coded labels, member assignments, and automation rules (if needed)
  • Archive completed tasks and clean outdated cards
  • Create documentation or user guides for how to navigate the boards
  • Optional: Integrate Trello with other tools (Slack, Google Drive, Calendar)
Required Skills
Proficiency with Trello and understanding of its structure (cards, lists, labels, due dates)
Attention to detail and ability to organize complex information simply
Good written communication skills for task descriptions and updates
Required Tools
Trello
Internet access and collaboration experience via tools like Slack, Notion, or Zoom
Optional: Knowledge of Butler automation or Power-Ups in Trello
