Job Description

We are looking for attentive and reliable Remote QA Testers (Non-technical) to test websites, mobile apps, or digital tools from a regular user's perspective. You will perform specific tasks on a platform and report bugs, broken links, confusing steps, or any usability issues encountered.

Main Responsibilities

Perform basic user tests on websites, apps, or internal tools (e.g., sign-up, purchase flow, search functions)
Follow a step-by-step testing guide and record your experience
Report issues such as layout problems, error messages, slow loading, or missing buttons
Submit screenshots, screen recordings, or notes if issues are found
Fill out test reports or feedback forms based on results

Required Skills

Ability to follow written instructions carefully

Familiarity with browsers (Chrome, Safari) and mobile apps

Strong attention to detail and communication

Required Tools

Access to smartphone, tablet, or desktop/laptop with internet

Basic use of screenshot/screen recording tools (e.g., Loom, Snipping Tool, OBS)

Optional: Experience with platforms like Userlytics, Testbirds, or TryMyUI
